Reconciliation at Big Fat 亚色影库

Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Big Fat 亚色影库 strives to scaffold children for success through providing quality services. We recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Land. We acknowledge the role we have in empowering future generations to connect with and are knowledgeable about Culture, Community and Country.

Our vision for reconciliation is for all Big Fat 亚色影库 employees, the children and families who access our services, and the communities we partner with to connect with reconciliation and walk with us on our organisational journey. We will strive for equitable opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples by laying the foundations for our future generations. This starts with our Reflect RAP, achieving the deliverables, strengthening our connections, and providing safe places for all to grow and learn.

Big Fat 亚色影库 are led by our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) that has been endorsed and published with Reconciliation Australia. Additionally, all of our Early Education and Care & Fun Clubs are committed to developing their own RAPs through Narragunnawali in alignment with our organisational vision and in collaboration with our Reconciliation Coordinator.

Our Reflect RAP

What is a RAP?

A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a formal commitment to reconciliation. It documents how your school or early learning service will strengthen relationships, respect and opportunities in the classroom, around the school/service and with the community.
